The annual Students' Festival, organised by the University Students Council, kicks off tonight and continues until Sunday (at the Sir Temi Zammit Hall.)
This year marks the 20th edition of the festival, and the varied show will include dance, comedy, recitals as well as acoustic, acapella, classical and rock music.
Kristel Tonna, KSU's culture commissioner, said the council had continued in the spirit of the words of Anton Micallef, president of the council in 1983, who had aimed to revive "student life on the university campus".
The first festival, he had said, would be "a milestone of the activities organised by the council as it would provide university students with the opportunity and the right atmosphere in which they could truly meet on campus with only one aim in mind - that of relaxing".
Ms Tonna said KSU had worked hard throughout the years to keep on including events of this sort in the event calendar, and now followed a tightly packed agenda of events that had a similar aim.
Tickets can be obtained from the KSU office or by phoning 21343085, 79443963.
