Injustice claim

The Monday law report in yesterday's issue of The Times referred to a case instituted by Police Superintendent Joseph Rizzo at the Tribunal for the Investigation of Injustices. It inadvertently referred to Mr Rizzo as the Commissioner of Police. In fact, the Commissioner of Police is John Rizzo. Supt. Joseph Rizzo is retired from the police.
