I wish to commend Sannat local council for its recent initiative to refurbish the government village clinic. This included the purchase of new furniture and general maintenance works.

An unprecedented initiative was the purchase of basic diagnostic equipment such as a sphygmomanometer and a stethoscope.

Although there is still room for improvement, one can now state with confidence that Sannat clinic has the leading edge in the field of government village clinics in Gozo.
