A monument to Mro Vincenzo Caruana Spiteri, by sculptor Alfred Camilleri Cauchi, was officially inaugurated by President Guido de Marco and blessed by Canon Tarcisio Camilleri, last Sunday, in Bishop Davide Cocco Palmieri Street, Sannat. The ceremony was organised by Sannat council with the participation of the Santa Margherita Band, and an orchestra led by Mro Joseph Debrincat, which performed pieces by Mro Caruana Spiteri, including The European Conflagration and Sposa Christi.
