HSBC's Zurrieq branch has won the bank's latest Branch of the Quarter Customer Service Award.

Other customer service awards went to HSBC Mosta area, which for the second consecutive quarter was the best area, and HSBC's Treasury Department as the best department within the bank.

The first two awards are based on feedback from customers, while the best department award is based on feedback from HSBC employees nominating the departments, which offer them best assistance and service internally.

Cash prizes were presented to the respective managers, which may be used to organise any social event they choose.
