Ideal Standard at InterContinental

The Eden Leisure Group, owners of the InterContinental, Malta's largest luxury five-star contemporary designed hotel in St George's Bay, entrusted Roger Satariano & Son Ltd to supply 550 Ideal Standard luxury bathroom suites and separate shower enclosure.

The Eden Leisure Group, owners of the InterContinental, Malta's largest luxury five-star contemporary designed hotel in St George's Bay, entrusted Roger Satariano & Son Ltd to supply 550 Ideal Standard luxury bathroom suites and separate shower enclosure. This is one of the very few hotels that can boast of en suite bathrooms with both a shower and a bath.

The contract also included the supply and laying of some of the most luxurious bathroom wall and floor tiles, produced by Messrs Porcellanosa. The rectified tile, with its natural marble effect, is from the company's latest collection.

Roger Satariano & Son Ltd managing director Joe Satariano said that the company was also entrusted with the supply and laying of tiles for both the indoor and outdoor pools, health club and façade. The Kerion range of special tiles produced by Messrs Buctal of Germany were used for the tiling of the façade. The company tiled over 20,000 square metres on this project in record time.
