Bikers' fund-raising

The Muscular Dystrophy Group - Malta would like to thank the Raw Bikers and hundreds of individuals who lately made a financial contribution towards the group.

Around 20 members of the Raw Bikers, for the second consecutive time, participated in a "One-day around Malta bike ride", starting from St Andrew's, and by stopping in various localities and appealing for financial support, under favourable weather conditions of continuous rain, they managed to collect a substantial sum of money.

These funds were handed over during a meeting held at the Muscular Dystrophy Group premises and among the Raw Bikers present one could notice an atmosphere of satisfaction and enthusiasm as a result of their successful noble act.

The chairman of the Muscular Dystrophy Group, Denis Azzopardi, thanked the Raw Bikers and the public who participated in the event.
