Dragonara Casino's Brasserie being refurbished

The Dragonara Casino Brasserie has been temporarily moved to the Dragonara's Salle Privé due to an extensive refurbishment project currently under way at its existing premises.

"The refurbishment is intended to upgrade the Brasserie, retaining its smart, casual, intimate ambience," a Dragonara Casino spokesman said. "Dominant colours will be old gold and black."

The refurbishment of the Brasserie has been entrusted to the international design studio of Cancio Martins & Partners, which has offices in London, Brussels and Paris. Cancio Martins specialises in designing the interior décor of bars, restaurants and hotels.

It has successfully undertaken projects in Paris, Luxembourg, Amsterdam, Dublin, Porto Cervo, Marbella, Singapore, Chiado, New York, Los Angeles, Montreal, and Casablanca and Sikrat in Morocco.

Among its projects are the world-renowned Buddha Bar in Paris and the equally well-known Parisian restaurants Le Mandarin, Emporio Armani Express, Marine de Thiou and la Rotisserie.

The Dragonara Casino Brasserie's refurbishment is scheduled to be completed by early next month.
