Has the billing section at Maltacom gone haywire?

Can the management at Maltacom explain why its customers are being harassed by its persistence to include "non existent" balances which are not due in our accounts?

Bills for April/May and June/July 2002 paid respectively at Kalkara council and Cospicua post office have again been included in bills for August/September 2002.

Furthermore, why publish eight customer care phone numbers, when it is near impossible to get a reply from what seems to be one operator attending to all these lines?
