Vodafone Malta Limited's customers can now roam in 100 countries around the world. This milestone was reached with the conclusion of a roaming agreement with MTN Cameroon.

In 1999, Vodafone Malta was the first mobile telephony company in Malta to offer roaming services. In June 2001, it also became the first company in Malta to offer roaming to prepaid customers.

Customers travelling to the United States, Canada or South America would need a multi-band GSM/PCS handset or have hired a PCS compatible/iDEN handset; these phones are available for rental from Vodafone Malta.

Even when travelling on business, through Vodafone's Data and Fax services, customers can also keep in contact with their office in Malta.
