Youths of the European People's Party who met in Malta for a seminar have called on the Malta Labour Party not to boycott or refuse to accept the result of the referendum on Malta's EU accession.
In a motion, the youths condemned any political organisation that did not respect the decision of the electorate expressed in a free, common, equal and direct way.
They also recommended that the Maltese electorate appreciate the times all Europeans were living in and to vote in favour of Europe, peace and stability in the referendum.
The Nationalist Party Youth Movement joined YEPP and urged the MLP to participate in the decision which was to be taken by the people in the referendum.
