The Malta Employers' Association, in collaboration with the Workers' Participation Development Centre of the University of Malta, is holding a survey on the organisation of working time.

The research exercise will consist of two phases: phase one made up of a questionnaire addressed to employers employing more than 50 workers and phase two consisting of a questionnaire addressed to a sample of employees to evaluate the effects of irregular work schedules on a person's life.
