This is an overdue letter but it is better late than never.

In May last year, I bought an elegant dress from San Mark in Birkirkara for my son's wedding in July. When the wedding day was approaching I was convinced that I was not comfortable in this dress.

Just two weeks before the wedding I went back to San Mark and voiced my feelings. The owner was more than helpful. He immediately told me that he would see what he could do. He brought out a variety of elegant dresses and asked me to choose. I finally found one I really liked. Believe it or not, he took back my first dress, and I bought the dress that I eventually wore.

I think this gesture deserves praise not only for having helped me feel myself at my son's wedding but also for the excellent customer service.
