Pharmacists employed with the government may claim up to Lm500 a year for costs they incur to further their education under an agreement reached yesterday between the government and the Union Haddiema Maghqudin.

The agreement was reached between the management and personnel office at the Prime Minister's Office and the UHM on continuing pharmacy education.

The pharmacists will be compensated for costs incurred to attend seminars, courses, conferences, examinations and the purchase of IT equipment and internet access.
