Alfred Grech (December 6) directs Marcel Dingli (November 28) to "stop echoing the ignorance of the past" when the latter opines that divorce is intrinsically evil.

Truth is eternal and those who at present strive to maintain the sanctity of marriage do not deserve to be condemned in the terms that Mr Grech employed.
