Vodafone promotion draws 13,000

Over 13,000 people have registered to the "My Vodafone" promotional scheme, since the launch of Vodafone's new website in August. This was announced during the presentation of prizes to the 17 winners of the competition organised for all those who registered to My Vodafone up to the end of October.

The 17 winners were Kevin Azzopardi, Josepha Schembri, Amanda Bonavia, Petra Mallia, Audrey Fenech, Marco Stafrace, Joseph Scicluna, Marylyn Bezzina, Sylvana Vella, Stephen Coppini, Peter Cossai, Nadia Lanzon, Jeffrey Aquilina, Russell Mercieca, Moira Palmier, Neville Abela and Malcolm Portelli.

The winners received a variety of prizes, including gift vouchers, a GPRS phone and Lm100 of talk-time.

Registration to My Vodafone is free and only requires personal details and a Vodafone mobile number.

My Vodafone provides several benefits, including the possibility of sending eight free SMSs daily and now also three free MMSs a day. Customers registered to My Vodafone can upload any images saved on their computer and send them to any Vodafone Malta MMS customer.

Furthermore, customers who as yet do not own an MMS phone, may view images received from MMS users through My Vodafone.
