BORG. On December 6, suddenly in London, JOHN JOSEPH sive JOHNNIE, aged 46, son of the late John Borg and Mary née Meli, formerly of Valletta and residing in London, passed away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his great loss his beloved mother Mary née Meli, his sisters Maria and her husband Edgar Borg, Rita and her husband Emmanuel Tabone, his brother Francis, nephews Christian and Anthony, nieces Lara and Martha, his former wife Paula Surleau, his aunt Maria and her husband Anthony Pirotta, his uncle Joseph F. Borg and his wife Pauline, cousins in Malta, relatives and friends in Malta and London.
The funeral leaves St Luke's Hospital today at 2 p.m. for the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery Chapel where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2.30 p.m. followed by interment at the same cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Dar tal-Providenza, Siggiewi will be appreciated. The family regret they are unable to receive visitors. Lord grant him eternal rest.

GARCIA. On December 12, at St Luke's Hospital, Fr JOSEPH GARCIA, OFM Cap., passed peacefully away, aged 72. He leaves to mourn his loss the Franciscan Capuchins, his brothers John, Emanuel, Alfred and their respective wives, his sisters Connie and Hilda and their respective husbands, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. - R.I.P.
The funeral will be held today at 9 a.m. at Kalkara Capuchin church, followed by interment at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.

CAUCHI. On December 12, at Sir Paul Boffa Hospital, LINO, aged 67, passed peacefully away, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his dear wife Alice née Cutajar, his sister Mary and her husband Furtu, his brother Joe and his wife Therese, Paul and his wife Mary, his mother-in-law Catherine, Joe and Mary, Mary and Amante, Lino, Antoinette, Charles and Gladys, Irene and Alfred, Roland and Mary Rose, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. PERIC. On December 9, in Sicily, under tragic circumstances, ZARKO, aged 40. Greatly missed by his wife Cathy née Xuereb, his sons Vasilije, Luca and Sasha, his sister Gordana and her children Ognjen and Sasa, his parents-in-law Joanna and Albert Xuereb, his sister-in-law Anna and her husband Stephen Paris and their children Timmy and Nicki, together with other relatives and friends.
The funeral leaves Zammit Clapp Hospital today at 2.30 p.m. A short ceremony will be held at 3.15 p.m. at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery chapel (entrance through top gate), followed by interment.
