Leanne Zammit, 17, of Safi, has won this year's Miss Christmas Beauty Pageant, organised by Catwalk Productions.

The 13th edition of the pageant was held recently at the University of Malta.

Second place was won by Claudine Frendo, 18 from Balzan, and Chantelle Grech, 15 from San Gwann came third.

Over 90 contestants applied to take part in the competition.
