It happened to me for the second time now within one month at the Gzira post office. I wished to send small parcels abroad, accordingly they handed the stamps to me to put them on the parcels by myself.

The first time I was too stunned to react. At other branches where I post my parcels in Malta they never gave me back the parcel to put on the stamps. The employee told me it was so busy that he had no time for it.
