A police inspector yesterday filed a judicial letter in the Civil Court against the police commissioner.

Inspector Raymond D'Anastasi requested the commissioner to pay him half the wages due to him for the period from August 7 to August 23, 2001.

The inspector gave the commissioner formal notice of his intention to file judicial action should this reqeust not be upheld.
