Pembroke local council has recently put up a restricted 'no entry' sign at the entrance to a small car park next to St Catherine's High School in Suffolk Road, Pembroke. The restriction prohibits the use of the car park during school drop- off and pick-up times.

Now I have always assumed that car parks are used to park cars, so this decision beggars belief. Maybe Pembroke council can enlighten me, as to why I cannot park my car in a car park. I eagerly await their justification.
