Because of the position of the sun at certain times of the day, motorists are sometimes unable to distinguish the colour of the traffic lights.
There is certainly no room for uncertainty at traffic lights at any time.
Is it not possible for the Traffic Control Board, or whoever is responsible, to install extended hooded or differently designed lights at these particular locations to avoid or at least mitigate to some extent this experience?
