Lufthansa Cargo has introduced a state-of-the-art cool container for temperature-sensitive shipments.

The Controlled Logistics Device is the only small cool container on the world market with an active cooling system, the airline said.

It was developed by Envirotainer, the leading service provider in the air cargo temperature field, on the basis of Lufthansa Cargo's expertise in the transport of temperature-sensitive goods.

Lufthansa Cargo is the logistics company within the Lufthansa Aviation Group, employing over 5,000 people around the world.
