The Equal Partners Foundation is this week organising Valletta Week as part of a series of cultural activities for schoolchildren, called Partners in Culture.

The aim is to raise money, while contributing towards the community, offering schoolchildren the opportunity to appreciate their roots and history.

Around 300 schoolchildren a day - 1,500 over the week - from various schools are taking part in the event.

Equal Partners Foundation is a non-profit-making organisation providing support programmes for adults and children with disability and learning difficulties.

They were yesterday taken to the Malta Experience and other places of interest.
