Labour leader Alfred Sant, now nearing the end of a visit to Australia, yesterday discussed proposals aimed at increasing tourism between Malta and Australia at a meeting with representatives of a company specialising in tourism between Australia and Europe, the MLP said.
At a meeting with members of the Albion Social Centre with residents in Sunshine and St Albans, Dr Sant insisted that the Maltese in Australia should be united and should refrain from resorting to repeating arguments taking place in Malta.
