I would like to hear from any of your readers who can help me with either information or photographs, or their own wartime experiences regarding Malta during the second world war. I am particularly interested in the RAF fighter pilots of Malta, one being Squadron Leader MacLachlan, and the RAF Photographic Reconnaissance Unit and its pilots, one in particular being Wing Commander Warburton.

I welcome, however small, all information, which is for possible use in my opening chapter of the book Italy-ww2, which is due out early next year.

I am also interested in having, with background details and photographs if possible, any poems from that wartime period. These will also be used in my book.
