Professor Emeritus Adrian Sinfield from the School of Social and Political Studies of the University of Edinburgh recently gave a lecture to executives, senior executives and managers of the Employment and Training Corporation based on a paper he wrote entitled, "Activation in Social and Employment Policy: The Case for a Balanced Approach". The lecturer was on a brief visit to Malta at the invitation of the Workers' Participation Development Centre of the University of Malta.
