The Malta Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce is organising a programme of activities to mark its 150th anniversary.

The activities include art exhibitions at the National Museum of Fine Arts and at St James' Cavalier in Valletta.

President Guido de Marco, patron of the society, will unveil a commemorative tablet at its premises in Republic Street, Valletta today.

The programme also includes a piano concert at the Manoel Theatre, Valletta on November 12 and an organ recital by Roger Fisher at St John's Co-Cathedral on November 26.
