ST donates trees

STMicroelectronics yesterday donated Lm500 worth of trees to Kirkop council to contribute to its initiative to develop a green belt by surrounding the village with trees and shrubs.

The presentation, of more than 200 trees, was made to Kirkop mayor Mario Salerno.

Thousands of trees have been donated to various localities by the company since 1994.
