CareMalta bond issue oversubscribed
CareMalta Finance's Lm3.8 million bond issue was closed yesterday, the first day of opening of subscription lists, as it was oversubscribed.
The bond issue was underwritten by Bank of Valletta, who also acted as manager and registrar, while Wilfred Mallia, of Charts Investment Management Service Ltd, acted as sponsoring stockbroker.
The allocation policy to be adopted by the company will be announced in due course.
