A Valletta woman was yesterday jailed for three years and fined Lm200 for selling heroin to minors.

Josette Bickle, 32, was found guilty of selling heroin between May 16 and September 4, 1996.

She was also found guilty of robbing Richard Spiteri on September 4, 1996 and relapsing.

Magistrate Carol Peralta heard police say they had caught Bickle trying to hide the heroin red-handed. He also heard Spiteri, among others, claim he had bought drugs from Bickle for about six or seven years.

Police Inspector Neil Harrison prosecuted.
