Future Focus Ltd has launched a new diploma course designed to produce professionals trained in the operation and management of hotels.

The diploma programme covers the following main topics: running the hotel as a profitable business; the hotel products on offer; financial accounting and reporting; use of IT; hotel catering including purchasing, storing and issuing foodstuffs and food preparation.

The course also covers the duties of the housekeeping department and how to improve the layout of the hotel within the budget available.
