32 on prostitution charges

The police in the first nine months of this year arraigned 32 persons to face charges of loitering for purposes of prostitution. Some were arraigned a number of times, Home Affairs Minister Tonio Borg told Dr Adrian Vassallo (MLP) in reply to a parliamentary question.
