Traffic diversions in St Julian's

Traffic, including route buses, will be diverted tomorrow due to construction works currently being carried out in St Julian's, particularly in the Balluta church area. Until further notice, as from tomorrow, between 8.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. route buses...

Traffic, including route buses, will be diverted tomorrow due to construction works currently being carried out in St Julian's, particularly in the Balluta church area.

Until further notice, as from tomorrow, between 8.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. route buses travelling towards Valletta will pass through Spinola Bay, onto Regional Road, Birkirkara Road, down St Julian's Hill and onto Balluta, from where buses will continue to follow the normal route.

Route buses operating between Valletta and Spinola will be diverted through Sir Adrian Dingli Street, Sta Marija Street, Manwel Dimech Street, Rudolph Street, Mrabat Street, Birkirkara Road, Regional Road, and down to Spinola Bay.

Balluta Square is temporarily going to be used as a bus terminus.

Other vehicles travelling towards Valletta from the Spinola Bay area will be diverted through Regional Road.

Vehicles travelling towards St Julian's, through Tower Road, Sliema, will be diverted to Old College Street and onto Birkirkara Road.
