Palestinian President Yasser Arafat expressed his appreciation of the sincere and continuous support the Labour Party had shown to Palestinians, in a letter to him.

In his reply, Mr Arafat said he hoped that the stand of the MLP in support of the Palestinians would continue and be reinforced.
