Visitors, patients and employees at St Luke's Hospital may now buy postage stamps round the clock from a stamp vending machine, recently installed in the reception area of the hospital.

Customers using the machine will be able to buy self-adhesive postage labels of any denomination starting from seven cents. Each label has a blank rectangle in the centre, where the denomination that the customer wishes to purchase as postage will be printed by the vending machine.

The labels show four different Malta views: Valletta by night, the Mdina gate, the Blue Lagoon and the Azure Window in Gozo.
