The House of Representatives yesterday continued the committee debate on the Sports Bill.

Justice Minister Austin Gatt also opened the debate on a bill on assistance which may be given to the International Criminal Court. The bill also introduces under Maltese law the international crimes of genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity. A report will be carried tomorrow.

The debate on the Sports Bill, which was interrupted for consultations, is expected to resume on Monday.
