MIA shares prospectus

The prospectus for the acquisition of shares in Malta International Airport will be available by the end of the month, the Finance Ministry said yesterday.

The ministry said the government would be selling 20 per cent of the company's shareholding to the public after selling 40 per cent earlier this year to Malta Mediterranean Link Consortium, which is managed by Vienna International Airport.

Investors in Malta Government Privatisation Bonds will be given preference to convert their bonds into shares.
