Silvan Fleri, assistant manager at Sea Malta's chartering/bunker desk, has qualified as a chartered shipbroker from the UK Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
The qualification was obtained following the successful completion of a two year course covering a wide range of areas including 'Law of Carriage of Goods by Sea' and 'Ship Sale and Purchase'.
A number of other Sea Malta employees are currently studying to obtain similar qualifications from the institute.
