The Little Sisters of the Poor will be holding an exhibition on the history and evolution of their mission and vocation towards the elderly in the De Porres Hall, Sliema between October 16-20, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

A number of poignant photographs of the elderly who have been in their care at some time or other since they first came to Malta will be on display by permission of Joseph A. Vella, with captions in creative writing by Simone Inguanez.

These photographs show the elderly in their everyday life throughout the year and depict the vocation of the sisters who follow in the footsteps of Blessed Jeanne Jugan all over the world.

Entrance is free of charge although donations are welcome.
