Bank of Valletta and the Notarial Council have signed an agreement which makes BOV an official sponsor of the council.

This is the second agreement the bank and the council have entered into: last year, BOV supplied notaries with a BOV notarial card.

Besides being the Notarial Council's official membership card, the BOV card may be used as a debit card at selected government departments, such as the Public Registries in Valletta and Victoria for the payment of searches and registration of notes, and at the Land Registry for the payment of land registry applications and other related fees.
