Frank Salt (Real Estate) Limited has reported growing interest by Britons wishing to buy property in Malta.
The company has just taken part in the Homes Overseas Property Exhibition held at Earls Court, London.
Company director Douglas Salt said response had been extremely good, with special interest being shown for up-market properties, farmhouses and new developments.
"Although our company has always catered for the local market, which is by far our largest market share, we have over the years established ourselves as leaders in the sales to foreign clients", said managing director Joseph Lupi.
"Sales by our company to foreign clients this year already represent 30 per cent of all applications for permits by foreigners to buy property."
Frank Salt (Real Estate) Limited will also be represented at another overseas property exhibition in Dublin, later this week.
