Sprint championship
The Malta Canoe Union is holding its annual National Sprint Championships at Marsamxett Harbour on Sunday from 9 a.m. onwards.
All races start from Sa Maison. The finishing line is in the vicinity of the Ferries. The programme includes 1,000-metre sprint races for male and female canoeists. At the end of the races, a presentation ceremony will be held during which the Sportsmanship Award will be presented to Craig Wightman, president of the Malta Canoe Union.
