The Roads Department is due to issue a call for tenders shortly for the construction of a traffic junction near Zammit Clapp Hospital in Kappara and the resurfacing of Dragonara Road, St George's Bay Street, and St George, Wilga, Zammit Balluta Bay, Foresta and Mensija Streets and Spinola Square, Transport Minister Censu Galea said in reply to a parliamentary question by Mr Joe Cuschieri (MLP).
