The conservation ship ms Endeavour, which provides passengers with the ultimate expedition experience, made a one-day visit to Gozo last week.

The Endeavour, previously known as the Caledonian Star, treats passengers to an exploration of the seas - from the undersea world to the solitude of kayaking.

The ship accommodates 110 passengers in 62 cabins.

An experienced captain, crew, naturalists, and expedition staff assure passengers an extraordinary experience.

The ship boasts what is known as the Undersea Specialist, equipment which brings the marine world alive for passengers, by using new state-of-the-art technology.

An underwater microphone allows passengers to hear live sounds made by marine mammals, such as whales and dolphins.

The ship belongs to Lindblad Expeditions, which operates other vessels on explorations to northern and western Europe, the Mediterranean, Scandinavia and South America, among others.

After Malta, the ship left for Agrigento in Sicily.
