60 apply for inspectors' course

A call for applications for the course of police inspectors attracted 60 applicants, Home Affairs Minister Tonio Borg said yesterday. He said 34 applicants were from policemen. The applications are still being processed, he told Labour MP Carmelo Abela (MLP) in parliament.
