The Paul Curmi dancers recently returned to Malta after spending a week performing in Calabria, Italy.

The group of 16 dancers and singers performed every night to a full house during the festival, "The Spirit of Panto". Choreography and music was by Paul Curmi.

Ten of the dancers performed in Tunis in May and six dancers performed in Dubai during a festival there in July.

The group will be organising a special memorial service for its prima ballerina, Doris Saliba Curmi who passed away about a year ago. The Mass will be said at the chapel in Old Temple Street, Tarxien on Saturday at 6 p.m.
