When are the police going to take action against the loud music being played almost daily in Qawra, especially close to Qawra church?

In spite of constant telephone complaints, music is persistently being played, loudly, till the early hours of the morning.

On a recent Sunday morning, at precisely 3.30 a.m., I went to open the window for some fresh air only to hear the music still going on.

Is it possible that this night club has a permit to play loud music till this time of the night/morning? And why must we constantly keep on phoning police headquarters for them to "maybe" do something as the local police do not seem willing to do anything?

The matter has also been reported to the local council but nothing has yet materialised. For the record, these complaints are formally lodged with the police every summer.
