BoV staff awarded WIN rewards

Bank Of Valletta branches were recently rewarded with cash grants for reaching targets set under the WIN Team-Based incentive scheme between April and June.

WIN is BoV's team-based incentive scheme which aims to support the bank's drive towards the consolidation of relationships with its customers, increase the quality of service whilst keeping costs under control. The WIN scheme forms part of the bank's motivational performance management programme.

Joe Serge, executive head for sales of Bank of Valletta presented the awards to all BoV branch managers at a managers' conference held recently at the Hotel Phoenicia.

The BoV Fgura branch performed best during the quarter with the staff at this branch reaching and exceeding all the targets given to them for the period.

Mr Serge said that these incentives reflect BoV's commitment to build strong relationships with customers and to strive to continue improving quality of service.
