A fishing marathon in aid of Ir-Razzett tal-Hbiberija's multi-sensory project is to be held between September 27 and 29.

The event will be organised by Kingfisher Sport Fishing Association at the Strand, Sliema.

The multi-sensory project, which costs around Lm100,000, will enable persons with disability to enjoy a very wide range of sensory experiences for therapy, learning, relaxation and fun.

Other persons may make use of the equipment for physiotherapy and stress release, among others.

Participants in the fishing marathon will be collecting donations through sponsor forms.

Donations may also be made to Razzett personnel who will be present with collecting tins during the 48 hours of the marathon.

Ira Losco, Corkscrew, Paula and others will be providing entertainment on the evenings of the marathon. Food stalls will also be set up.
